As massage increases the blood circulation and body temperature, try to avoid strenuous exercise, hot baths or heat treatments for 24 hours. Avoid tanning products and sunbeds and drink plenty of water as this will help with the removal of toxins from the lymphatic system. Avoid alcohol, tobacco and stimulants for 24 hours after treatment.
Massage and facials
Please allow 24 hours for the gel / acrylic / varnish to fully set and harden. Avoid manual work and washing up without gloves. Try to apply top coat regularly especially when in sunlight, as this will protect the nail and retain the colour.

Lash glue takes a few seconds to bond but approximately 24 hours to fully dry so please avoid getting the lashes wet for as long as possible. Please do not use waterproof mascara as removing this with oil based products may loosen the lashes. Please do not try and remove the lash extensions yourself, as this may lead to your own lashes coming out. Test patches are recommended, however reactions can still occur after treatments. If you notice any pain, swelling, discomfort or irritation, please remove products, if possible, with water and seek medical advice if adverse reactions still persist.
Please ensure you have exfoliated before treatment and you are wearing no perfume, deodrant, moisturiser, make up or jewellery. Please wear loose dark clothes to avoid staining. Spraytan needs 8-10 hours to fully develop so leaving it overnight is recommended however please be aware than some tan may rub off on bedding. When showering, wash off gently and pat the skin dry. Moisturising daily and no exfoliation will extend the duration of your tan.
